PACE conducts Emerging Leaders program for Boubyan Bank

On the 8 – 11 May 2016: Gulf University for Science and Technology’s (GUST) Professional Advancement and Continuing Education (PACE) organized the first module of a customized leadership training program for Boubyan Bank employees on its campus.  The program, entitled “Emerging Leaders Program”, will help strengthen leadership skills for 48 Aspiring leaders within Boubyan Bank.  The program will be led by Dr. Erin Nelson from DePaul University in the United States, and represents its first venture into the Kuwaiti market.  The program will touch on key Leadership essentials and will be supported by Business Driven Action Learning.  

General Manager – Human Resources Group at Boubyan ,Mr. Adel Hammad, said, “We are delighted that GUST was up to the challenge of finding the best possible training partner to arm our up-and-coming managers with the right skillsets to overcome the obstacles of corporate life, and be able to adapt in our ever-changing market.
