PACE conducts Emerging Leaders program for Boubyan Bank

On the 8 – 11 May 2016: Gulf University for Science and Technology’s (GUST) Professional Advancement and Continuing Education (PACE) organized the first module of a customized leadership training program for Boubyan Bank employees on its campus. The program, entitled “Emerging Leaders Program”, will help strengthen leadership skills for 48 Aspiring leaders within Boubyan Bank. The program will be led by Dr. Erin Nelson from DePaul University in the United States, and represents its first venture into the Kuwaiti market. The program will touch on key Leadership essentials and will be supported by Business Driven Action Learning.
