ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR IN OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Dr. Jean-Paul Arnaout is an associate professor of Production/Operations Management and the head of the Business Administration Department at the College of Business. Before joining GUST in 2013, Dr. Arnaout was an assistant professor (Feb 07) and associate professor (Sep 12) of Industrial Engineering (undergraduate) and Engineering Management (graduate) at the Lebanese American University. Dr. Arnaout’s educational background was initially in engineering with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Balamand, Lebanon (02), then he shifted to management with a Master’s Degree (03) and a Ph.D. (06) in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering, with a concentration in Operations Research from Old Dominion University, USA.
